I believe that listening and being fully present with another human being is in itself a healing act.
I am passionate about supporting others on their journey toward greater health and fulfillment.
My work is deeply rooted in my own journey overcoming trauma, loss, and chronic physical pain. I understand the complex and rewarding journey of healing, and infuse that wisdom and compassion into every treatment.

Many people come to me for support with chronic pain, digestive distress, hormonal imbalances, and mental health concerns. I am particularly passionate about getting to the root causes of chronic stress, anxiety/panic attacks, depression, PTSD and CPTSD. Often there are underlying beliefs and mental or spiritual blocks preventing deep resolution of these patterns and I love the journey of working together to access the deep wisdom of your body, making room for the grounded, centered and intuitive wisdom that lives within us all.
My treatment style is deeply intuitive, offering a variety of modalities to ensure the most effective treatment possible. Recognizing and honoring each individual's unique journey, I listen deeply to provide healing that is just right for your individual needs at this moment in your journey. |

Personal Interests
Curious by nature, I am always seeking out new ways to deepen my relationship to myself and the world
around me. In the city, you will find me exploring meditative and spiritual practices, immersing myself
in novels, playing with new recipes in the kitchen, and staying active running, doing yoga, and biking
around town. My deepest love, however, is getting out of the city and into the wilderness. Spending time
in natural places brings me back to myself, reminds me of the beauty in this world and reinvigorates
my commitment to supporting other like minded souls on this journey.
